HAJI HASNAN BIN DATO' ABDULLAH

Haji Hasnan Bin Dato' Abdullah, a Malaysian aged 39, was appointed as the Chairman of MSET Engineering Corporation Sdn. Bhd. on 15 February 2005. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University Kebangsaan Malaysia.

He is also the Chairman of our sister company, MSET Shipbuilding Corporation Sdn. Bhd. and its holding company, Marine Systems Engineering (Terengganu) Sdn. Bhd. (MSET).

He was one of the team player who took over Mara Shipyard & Engineering Terengganu Sdn. Bhd. through the privatization process from Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) in 1997. The Company was later known as MSET Shipbuilding Corporation Sdn. Bhd.

He was also one of the team player who took over MSET Engineering Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Permint Engineering Terengganu Sdn. Bhd.), an oil and gas engineering company from the State Government of Terengganu in year 2002.

HAJI AMINUDIN BIN MAT YUSOF

1Haji Aminudin Bin Mat Yusof, a Malaysian aged 39, is the Managing Director of MSET Engineering Corporation Sdn. Bhd. since 15 February 2005.

 

He is also the Managing Director of MSET Shipbuilding Corporation Sdn. Bhd. and its holding company, Marine Systems Engineering (Terengganu) Sdn. Bhd. (MSET). He holds a Diploma in Marine Engineering from Politeknik Ungku Omar. He worked for Malaysian Shipyard Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (MSE) and Malaysian International Shipping Corporation Berhad (MISC), Johor for two years prior to joining MSET.

 

He was with the team who successfully took over Mara Shipyard & Engineering Terengganu Sdn. Bhd. through the privatization from Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) with 100% equity transferred in year 1997. The Company was later changed name to MSET Shipbuilding Corporation Sdn. Bhd..

 

He was also involved in the take over of MSET Engineering Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Permint Engineering Terengganu Sdn. Bhd.), an oil and gas engineering company from the State Government of Terengganu in year 2002.
