Having worked in shipbuilding for many years since 1953, MSET has successfully carves the art of excellency through its two (2) shipyards namely, Pulau Kambing Yard and Pulau Duyong Yard.

Located in the compound of headquarter office, Pulau Kambing Yard, is designated mainly for the construction and building of steel, aluminium, and wooden boats up to 40 meters in length. This yard is well equipped with three (3) covered hangars, two (2) slipways and heavy machineries to ensure the smoothness of the construction works.

Pulau Duyong Yard, on the other hands, is highly suitable for the construction of steel vessels which up to 110 meters due to its wide and spacious open area. Most notably in previous years, MSET had successfully constructing and building variety of vessels which include Anchor Handling Tug, Support Supply Vessels, Survey Vessels, Coastal Product Tanker, Tugboat and Bunker Barge.

Successfully established in 2005, MSETic located at Gong Badak is always ready and bold to paint its own wall of fame in designing and constructing varieties of composite and inflatable boats. The yard’s fabrication and construction facilities are capable to facilitate up to 20 meters boats at one time. In contrast to the steel and aluminium boats which usually take up lengthy of time to be completed, the composite and inflatable boats can be produced in short period of time with the aid of hi-tech equipment such as humidity-temperature control lamination room and infusion lamination technology.
